Jon Butler
Jon Butler, CPA is an established executive with 20+ years of healthcare and project management experience. Experience includes 10+ years at BKD, LLP, a top 10 public account firm with one of the largest healthcare practices in the nation. Most recently, Jon has been with two dynamic healthcare start-ups that have had substantial growth in the DMEOP space. Jon brings a demonstrated history of achieving revenue and profit improvement objectives and is known for a practical management style that is data driven allowing him to build teams and relationships. Jon’s strong process flow and analytics enables him to provide comprehensive end-to-end change analysis while bridging the gaps in operations requirements. In both public and private practice, Jon has been passionate about healthcare with a focus on small to mid-size organizations with high growth strategies.
Kimber Amo
Kimber Amo has a background in healthcare revenue cycle management and compliance that stretches 20+ years in the industry. In addition to coding and quality assurance, Kimber is certified in project management and lien six sigma and was formally trained by McKesson. Through these trainings, Kimber has proven successful in change management that results in process improvement, increased revenue and overall quality.
Dawn Miranda
Dawn Has 25 years’ experience in healthcare and has achieved, with honors, the NYS Practical Nursing Education earning Licensure as an LPN, the NYS Administrators Licensure For Adult Home Management, and completed studies at University of Phoenix in 1998 with an emphasis in Business, Marketing and Excelling with Honors in Public speaking. Dawn’s career has led her to many experiences in healthcare, serving in capacities such as an Assistant Administrator and a Nurse Manager. Dawn has also demonstrated financial success for her healthcare employers in several roles in a clinic’s back office, such as authorizations, denial management, re-submissions and payer contracting. Dawn has a passion for healthcare, whether in a clinical or financial role. As a cancer survivor and recent amputee, her attituded is positive patient experiences will be rewarding for everyone.
